Söndagen den 24 augusti bjuder Koloni och Fridlyst på en minifestival i Kungälvs Parken. Spendera söndagen med nära och kära i vacker parkmiljö och njut av flera fina akter. I parken kommer det att bjudas på flera aktiviteter såsom fiskedamm mm. Alla åldrar är välkomna och det kommer att finns någonting för alla. Viss servering kommer att finnas men packa gärna ihop en picknickkorg med gott och blandat, sen är det bara att vika ut filten och slå sig ned. Vi önskar er alla varmt välkomna till en trevlig dag I Kungälvsparken.

Man tar sig med lätthet till Kungälv med grön express från Nils Ericsonsterminalen, gå av vid Kungälvs busstation, resan tar 20 minuter. Kungälvsparken ligger 700 m från busstationen

THE FIELD
Ett av årets mest hyllade elektroniska album är signerat svenska The Field, alias Axel Willner. I det ansedda nätmagasinet Pitchfork fick The Fields debutskiva From here we go sublime, släppt på det tyska technobolaget Kompakt, betyg 9 av 10, men i svensk press är han fortfarande en doldis.

DWAYNE SODAHBERK
"Fjärilsfalu" is the fourth album from Dwayne Sodahberk (aka Daniel Söderberg), recorded mostly out in the woods during the last few years. It's ten sad, warped little pop songs; beautiful melodies, growing from hypnotic, untidy monotony.

The tangled birdnests of acoustic instruments are lead through walls of noise by the quiet vocals of Sodahberk. Guitars are the main instrument, sometimes accompanied by barely tamed homebuilt electronics or piano or other things that have been at hand, sometimes by primitive, restless rhythms.
It's folky, in the sense of a smelly, toothless old man standing by himself in the corner, squeeling away on his violin, deaf to the world. And it's pop because the songs rarely pass 3 minutes and at times are catchy as hell. Besides a full universe to love, the title itself is worth your ear, eyes and nose.

Som birollsinnehavare är han intressant. Särskilt intill Jenny Wilson. Men när Andreas Söderström nu tar ett ödmjukt steg fram och solodebuterar är det som en av landets allra mest intressanta.
I ett outforskat utrymme mellan John Fahey och David Grubbs målar han akustiska akvareller med sin kloka gitarr. Varsamt men märkligt självsäkert. Ena stunden så bitterljuvt romantisk att hjärtat värker. Ögonblicket senare vibrerar luften av en elektronisk oro. Stealing apples är ljudet av en soluppgång. Guidelines for bespoke är blicken ut över en oplogad landsväg genom den stelfrusna vindrutan på en Saab 99.

OUTMEN
Outmen är barndomskompisarna Pär och Carl, de kommer från ett litet ställe vid namn Lindome, som ligger 20 km från Göteborg. Första gången de träffades var när Pärs storebror kastade en snöboll rakt i ansiktet på Carl från ett väldigt imponerande avstånd. Några år senare träffades de på en fest som det lokala kanot laget ordnade vid en liten vacker sjö. De pratade om deras lo-fi hjältar och gamla country legender hela kvällen. Outmen bildades några dagar senare i källaren hos Pärs föräldrar.
“Outmen's noise is a little bit strange. This has something to do with their lo-fi production but not only. “I wrote your name in snow” from there debut mini album is a perfect exemple of what this band from the little town Lindome is good at. A very simple song, but with many diverse little ideas in it. Impossible to categorize it. Let's call it awkward pop”. Blood red Kite is also a little awkward but most of all truly jazz, still pop? Not that much actually. So its impossible to guess whats gonna happpen next. Very rare.
Get there record now, they deserve it. Cause their band is quite unusual: shy and grandiose at the same time. I do love them. This band is so Recommended”

Hi how are you?
I got some exciting news for you. The new James Ausfahrt Lp will be out in September, sorry for the delay, I know you all been waiting. I have been waiting myself.
I'm really looking forward to get this record out, it's so great. I'm also proud to announce that the amazing Garlands will release their debut on Fridlyst, the record will be out this fall. More info will come soon. Hurrah! Fridlyst a.k.a. Open Field is finally here. I'm really glad you found your way here, and I hope that this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship. I know you are very excited and you can't wait to get your hands on some Fridlyst records, so let me introduce the first release "shaking an egg" by Agent Simple. This is Agent Simple's first proper release, and it's a 7" ep with screenprinted cover, limited to 500 copies. The first 25 will come in a special bag. There's no surprise that I love the Agent Simples music so I wouldn't give you an objective view of his music, so you better make your own opinion, listen here .
